Request Tracker in v5.0.8 changes from using File::Dropbox to using WebService::Dropbox to allow storing attachments in Dropbox. In case any of
our users are using RT with Dropbox, we'll need this module packaged to be
able to upload v5.0.8 of request-tracker5.
The package will be maintained under the umbrella of the Debian Perl Group.
