    im Terminal:
    $ reportbug
    liefert nichts.
    Es funktioniert nur mit:
    $ sudo reportbug

    Was mache ich da falsch?

    Zeige mal
    echo $PATH als normaler user und als root (eingeloggt mit su - root).

    Dass Du als Siduction User auf einer Debian Liste fragst, würde ich
    schon als ersten Fehler einschätzen.
