    (and uploaded by someone else) due to its interaction with Texinfo.

    If you feel attachment to an orphaned package, you can also adopt it.

    Packages maintained by "QA Group" are like packages maintained by a team, except that the team is Debian as a whole.

    You could make the upload yourself (just say "QA upload" at the beginning).

    For your convenience, I'm going to put your changes in git and do
    the upload myself without further ado, just note that you don't have
    to ask for permission to make an upload for a QA Group maintained package.
