    sets of boot scripts. Only initscript are packaged
    in Debian right now, but native sets of scripts
    can be found downstream or on github.

    * Bump Standards-Version to 4.6.1, no changes required
    * update d/copyright
    * Add a finish-exec standard finish file, to replace
    finish-default
    * Add a cpsv utility
    * update lintian overrides for runit
