Did you tr using the dd command?

    dd if=/path_to_iso/parrot.iso of=/dev/sdc bs=8192

or ou can also use dcfldd, which additionally is using file verification.

Despite some rumors, people here aren't any more clairvoyant than elsewhere.

So you'll probably get better answers if you provide more details, such
as the actual errors you see, the specific way you "flashed" the USB
key, precisely what it is you flashed onto that key, what machine you're
trying to boot, and/or how exactly you tried to boot with that flashed
    USB key.

I’ve been tryed to boot a flash usb of 4Gb with balenaEtcher-1.19.-21-x64.AppImage and Parrot-home-4.4_i386.iso and gives
me the Error:(0, h.requestMetadata) is not a function

Who/what gives you this error? When does it give you this error?

Have you tried to ask your favorite search engine about
    "Error:(0, h.requestMetadata) is not a function"?

Parrot Security (and therefore ParrotOS) is not Debian, it's based on
Debian. As such, the answer you get is only best endeavours. I have *no*
idea how their images work but Debian images can be copied straight to flash. https://wiki.debian.org/DebianInstall

If you're using Rufus - use dd mode to write the disk image to the USB
    flash disk.

I'd use the dd command from a Linux box - but that's me, and I'm assuming
you might be starting from a Windows machine.

I had problems with parrot4.4_i386.iso and balenaEtcher 1.19.21, but I uninstalled version 1.19.21 and installed balena1.18.11 and fixed it and
    it worked

Older versions of BalenaEtcher may very well be vulnerable to several
exploits linked to the underlying Electron toolkit. Also the program
connects to the Internet during use, which makes it potentially more vulnerable. I do not follow Balena development, but you would be well
inspired to make sure you are not using a vulnerable older release.

If Balena causes you problem I can offer my personal experience with
bootable flash drives: since I discovered Ventoy I never had to mess
around with dd or Balena or any other tools like that. I have one usb
flash drive with Ventoy installed on it (a GUI is provided), all the ISO
I want to test or use simply copied on the drive (the usb drive remains
usable as storage), and at boot time I can pick whichever I want. Tested
with Parrot, Debian live, Kali, Clonezilla and many others, and even
    Windows installation media.

I am not in any way affiliated with Ventoy, just a grateful user.
