Well, on real Compact Disc there will be problems with the size of
contemporary operating systems. A maximum capacity of 800 MB will
suffice only for the tiniest distros.
So i expand your question to DVD, Blu-ray, and USB sticks.

Since this is the Debian user community list, i point to
    https://www.debian.org/CD/vendors/

But of course, you do not have to buy physical media in order to get
Debian. The whole software collection is available for free as
downloadable images for DVD and Blu-ray.

Sized for CD and very small USB sticks is

    https://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/current/amd64/iso-cd/

This gives you a minimal Debian system which is just suitable for getting
and installing the Debian packages of a generally usable Debian system
    via the internet.
I assume that most people nowadays start their Debian installation by
    that small ISO image.

But if you want the whole stuff or a large part of it on physical
medium, you may get the bigger ISO images.
    E.g. for Intel/AMD compatible 64-bit processors:
    https://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/current/amd64/jigdo-dvd/
    https://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/current/amd64/jigdo-bd/
    https://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/current/amd64/jigdo-dlbd/

About Jigdo download see for example:
    https://wiki.debian.org/JigdoOnLive#Install_package_jigdo-file
which is part of the instructions for using Jigdo without having a
    Debian system installed:
    https://wiki.debian.org/JigdoOnLive

Expect nearly 100 GiB of downloadable images for multiple media.
They may be merged into a single image for a big USB stick or a
    4-layer Blu-ray:
    https://wiki.debian.org/RepackBootableISO

Another image offers the most popular 16 GB of that collection
for putting it on a smaller USB stick:
    https://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/current/amd64/jigdo-16G/

whant back to the core without AI,

I am not aware that Debian would be explicitely free of AI software.
But i trust the Debian developers not to impose significant AI on us
without prior notification and the option to disable it.

    Have a nice day :)

i was wondering withall the AI in software computer opertings systems where

I wonder what Advertorial Imbecility has to do with small Linux distros.

Well, on real Compact Disc there will be problems with the size of contemporary operating systems. A maximum capacity of 800 MB will

    GRML-small (Debian-based rescue/tinkering distro) is 500 mega-octets.

On the other hand, good luck *buying* it ;-D

Thanks for reference to GRML [1]. Its feature list [2] suggests it may
be useful for a current project. Now for 1st cup of coffee ;)

By a typical copy+paste error (in vim insert mode) i gave the wrong URL. Merging of Debian ISOs is decribed in

DDDI.nl is favorite Debian CD / DVD / USB vendor.
vandervlis.nl is where I did buy my **pre installed** travell laptop.
(The third one is new to me.)

Minimal install (only the essential packages) is without "AI".

Upon that install you have access to what Debian packaged,
you choose from that pool. ( AI or not, up to you.)
