If anyone remembers the original question...
Today I checked our Windows 10 and Windows 11 computers and in Settings, Apps, Apps & Features, I was able to select "Copilot" and then select Uninstall. That simple.

Good evening All
I know some of you work in a corporate environment, so have possibly had
to deal with removing it.
The most promising hint I have found is
Copy and paste in the command below and press enter:
reg add HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsCopilot /v
TurnOffWindowsCopilot /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f
If it is successful, sign out
It's the IF successful that worries me; especially after finding this:
did as you followed, opened word, still saw the accursed copilot line. I
think my computer is doomed, not even microsoft help could understand
why it wouldn't work, and they used the registry key disable of copilot.
I think my computer's just ducked...
All suggestions welcome PLEASE
Thanks

There's degrees of "off-topic", sometimes people discuss something they
feel may not be entirely on-topic but it's on the fringes, but I think
this issue is really not suitable for this list.
Better yet, ditch Linux altogether and switch to FreeBSD, which has no systemd, Linux kernel (which is becoming more and more Windows-like)
That's right, there are Linux distributions (not that many) that don't use systemd. But all distributions use the Linux kernel. And Linux, which everyone has heard about, with the character of a dictator, communicates

Devuan, for one.
all distributions use the Linux kernel. And Linux, which everyone has
heard about, with the character of a dictator, communicates (and very actively) with the US special services). So, it is not clear what is
in that kernel. And after his political statement, there can be no
trust in his work.
Yes, yes. After all, you yankee imperialists with world savior syndrome are very fond of going to psychotherapists and taking the drugs they prescribe for you.

I'm pretty sure:
a) Andy lives on an island generally considered part of Europe
b) you are sufficiently dedicated to being off topic that I'm
putting you in the killfile now.
