can help with random abuse on the Internet unless it's hosted on Debian-provided infrastructure.

Can I suggest that you raise the issue with the website owner / with their upstream ISP or hosting provider. Beyond that, the only other thing you
might do is to ask Google and similar search engine providers to remove
this site from their caches.

I have not visited this wiki: it's best practice not to click on random
links.
