can malware or spyware in Windows intrude linux in other disks?

It is not possible to safely run any operating system on the same
machine where another operating system of unknown provenance has been
run. The potential for compromise extends down as far as the machine's
firmware and out to all attached devices.

    Pirated software routinely contains malware.

Without a security boundary such as a hypervisor you have to trust all operating systems you run on any given piece of hardware.

    Thanks,
    Andy

i have no confidence in pirated Windows, can malware or spyware in
Windows intrude linux in other disks?  how to determine if debian has
    been intruded or compromised?

I at least have never heard of Windows malware affecting Linux on the
same computer but it's possible of course. Also, as I understand it,
Windows 10 lets you run an unlicensed copy indefinitely with only minor restrictions so not much point in going with a pirated copy these days.

I use tiger in Debian to check things, it runs other tools like Tripwire
which checks files on system have not been changed. But Tripwire needs
to be installed on a known clean system to be able to start from an
    untampered state.

or shall i install linux on removable device(usb stick)?

I guess that would help. Windows can't infect Linux if it isn't plugged
in. Or you could encrypt your Linux partitions.
