    Yes, last time the conclusion was that a faulty USB drive was at play,
    from our off-bug-tracker conversation.

    I'm not sure this time around much can be done going by the report
    TBH, as there does not seem to be much actionable information. I
    think the same question as last time apply here. Are you using a
    known good USB drive? Can you reproduce this again? Is
    start-stop-daemon not found in neither of /sbin or /usr/sbin? Does
    your PATH environment contain /sbin and /usr/sbin?
