I enabled those options, and more, for 5.17.
For testing purposes, one should run a recent "Windows Insider" build on their device for this functionality to work properly. I've created a Debian test kernel with the above options and was able to install/use Debian under HyperV.
Can you please show the ACPI tables provided to the virtual machine?
Especially I'm interested in the SPCR table.
