• Requesting CONFIG_PINCTRL_METEORLAKE

From Szabolcs Gyurko@21:1/5 to All on Tue Apr 30 18:50:01 2024
    Hi team,

Can I please request that you compile kernels with CONFIG_PINCTRL_METEORLAKE enabled as module like all the other PINCTRL ones?
This is needed on new generation Intel Ultra CPUs to enable i2c devices properly.

Currently I need to recompile the kernel just because of this (I’m running sid 6.7.9 kernel at the time of writing). I’d rather have the stock kernel have this.

    Thanks,

I opened a merge request a few days ago. https://salsa.debian.org/kernel-team/linux/-/merge_requests/1062
