What if it is the employer that is refusing to provide feedback and
refusing to progress with a candidate because they suspiciously and *abruptly* terminated the recruiters contract after *immediately*
being introduced to the candidate (by the recruiter) . . . . Could
this be considered unfair or biased against the candidate, not only
due to the employer’s relationship with the recruiter but also because
of the candidate’s relationship with the recruiter?
