    I've tried your suggested solution but there's not a section to change the font for the incoming messages. The only choices I have are :
    - Composing a new message
    - Replying and forwarding
    - composing and reading plain text
    I'm am on Outlook 2003 and using Word as my e-mail editor. I really am desperate to find a solution - we're wasting a lot of paper printing orders that only need to be on one page, but can't get the font size smaller.
    Any help or suggestions you have would be appreciated.
