  • Help needed with conditional formatting for dates

    then set some formatting colour.

    Result: no cells are highlighted

    When I look at the conditional formats for the Worksheet, it shows:

    Formula: ">$H:$H+28"
    Applies to: =$J:$J

    Looks right but ......

    How should I achieve this?
