Donald Trump regrets dispatching Jared and Ivanka Kushner to Silicon
Valley to sue for peace with the likes of Mark Zuckerberg: <URL:

| Meta filed a motion to dismiss Rajaram's lawsuit, arguing that the
| plaintiff lacked standing because US citizens aren't a protected
| class under the Civil Rights Act. Although the US Court of Appeals
| for the Ninth Circuit hasn't addressed the issue directly, other
| courts have found that discrimination against Americans can't be
| considered discrimination based on alienage.
|
| "Most courts hold that US citizens are not a protected class,"
| Beeler wrote. "The court follows this authority as persuasive."
|
| Rajaram is represented by Daniel Low, a partner at Kotchen & Low
| LLP. Low didn't immediately respond to a request for comment on the
| decision.
Will Kellyanne Conway invite the likes of Mike Emmons onto Trump's
Save America PAC stage to argue that legacy American proles should
be a protected class under our second constitution?

"@JamieDuffDevOPs @K2kdownthehall1 @nedryun Trump wants to unite
those he can't get rid of them, that's smart... if he's gonna attack
everyone who talks behind his back, he'll end up lessening his
allies and weakening his grip on the party. I'm sure he confronted
McCarthy about it. He didn't endorse him for Speaker though." - MAGA originalist <URL:
