because the Border Patrol has been beefed up by new agents and
technology. They certainly weren't interdicted by Trump's wall that
he never built.
The GOP in Congress refused to pay for it.
Trump raided the defense budget to build some of it.
Bannon ran a non profit to raise private money to build it then along
with colleagues, embezzled it.
