Michael Bloomberg's Bob Van Voris for the San Jose Mercury News on
whether Donald Trump regrets slow-walking John Miano's lawsuit to
rescind the illegal H-4EAD program: <URL:

| In her ruling, Chutkan rejected arguments by Save Jobs USA, a group
| representing Southern California Edison computer professionals who
| said they had been replaced by H-1B visa-holders. Save Jobs had
| claimed Homeland Security wasn't legally permitted to put the rule
| in place and sought to eliminate work authorizations for more than
| 90,000 new H-4 visa holders.
|
| "Plaintiff's primary contention is that Congress has never granted
| DHS authority to allow foreign nationals, like H-4 visa-holders, to
| work during their stay in the United States," the judge wrote. "That
| contention runs headlong into the text of the (Immigration and
| Nationality Act), decades of executive-branch practice, and both
| explicit and implicit congressional ratification of that practice."
|
| A lawyer for Save Jobs said the group would likely appeal. "We now
| have complete chaos as the federal courts have seized control over
| the immigration system from Congress and handed that authority over
| to DHS," the lawyer, John Miano, said.
Does Susie Wiles worry that Ken Griffin and Lachlan Murdoch will allow
Ron DeSantis to outflank Trump from the right on the National Question
by inviting the likes of Mike Emmons onto the campaign stage to brief
legacy American proles on the realities of being displaced by the Cheap
Labor Lobby and their scab workers?

""Trump was unable to get stuff done because the deep state/the
left" He got Paul Ryan's tax cuts done, he passed a sweeping federal
jailbreak bill, and he pardoned Charles Kushner and Democrat
megadonor Salomon Melgen--I'd say he got a lot done, just not what
you'd like." - Pedro Gonzalez <URL:
