for the National Question: <URL:

| More than 117,000 people participated in the program in calendar
| year 2022, according to Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the DHS
| component that runs OPT.
|
| The plaintiffs in the suit worked for four IT staffing companies--
| Andwill Technologies, AzTech Technologies LLC, Integra Technologies
| LLC, and WireClass Technologies LLC. Each of the companies was
| approved to participate in OPT and certified through the E-Verify
| employment verification program.
|
| According to the lawsuit, DHS later uncovered the companies' scheme
| to defraud the government, schools, and foreign national students.
|
| "Rather than protect the students, however, DHS later sought to
| sanction them as if they were co-conspirators who knowingly
| participated in the fraudulent operation," the complaint said.
Does Wiles worry that Miriam Adelson, Robert Bigelow, Betsy DeVos, Ken
Griffin, Julia Koch, Bernie Marcus, Lachlan Murdoch, David Sacks and
Steve Wynn will allow Ron DeSantis to outflank Trump from the right on
the National Question by inviting the likes of Mike Emmons to use
their campaign bullhorn to make Trump regret slow-walking John Miano's
lawsuit to end the illegal OPT program?

"In 2010, Obama Attorney General Eric Holder picked Jack Smith to
run Public Integrity Section. Smith took out VA Gov. Bob McDonnell
as a potential Republican presidential candidate--on bogus
corruption charges. Supreme Court reversed, 9-0. Now Smith is back--
to take out Trump." - Mike Davis <URL:
