Donald Trump will nominate Never Back Down PAC's Ken Cuccinelli

    | To sponsor workers for EB-1, EB-2, or EB-3 visas, employers must
    | show a continuing ability to pay the advertised wage until the
    | worker secures permanent residency with a green card.
    |
    | The guidance issued Friday pertains to what USCIS will review if
    | employers hire a worker on a temporary, H-1B visa who previously was
    | sponsored for an employment-based green card by another company.
    |
    | Certain H-1B workers who are seeking permanent residency are allowed
    | to port to another employer before they receive their green cards,
    | under the American Competitiveness in the Twenty-First Century Act
    | of 2000 (AC21).

Did DoL.GOV's Julie Su sign off on this change and will Trump nominate
    Eugene Scalia to succeed her?

"Trump's performance with regard to the H-1B program, abused by
companies that deliberately avoid hiring American tech workers,
further illustrates this reality. During the 2016 presidential race,
Trump railed against the H-1B program. 20/ https://t.co/Vvl5AxlKJS"
