Michael Bloomberg's guest blogger, Daniel Seiden, on whether Donald
Trump will nominate NeverBackDown.ORG's Ken Cuccinelli to succeed
Ur M Jaddou at USCIS.GOV: <URL:

| Kini said that Tata falsified workers' wage information in
| applications for H-1B visas, which are for foreign workers in
| specialty occupations requiring theoretical or technical expertise.
| This wrongfully decreased Tata's obligation to pay the US government
| payroll taxes from what it would have to if it paid H1-B visa
| employees at the proper rate, Kini said.
|
| Kini also alleged that Tata decreased its obligation to pay the US
| government for H-1B visa application fees by fraudulently applying
| for cheaper L-1 and B-1 visas.
|
| But these claims fail because Tata didn't have an obligation under
| the FCA to pay its employees higher wages, the court said.
Are any of Merrick Garland's Justice.GOV AUSAs investigating Tata.COM?
Will Julie Su's DoL.GOV and Alejandro Mayorkas's DHS.GOV bannish
Natarajan Chandrasekaran from the Cheap Labor Lobby's H-1B scab worker
import quota lottery?

"How did Bernie Moreno, who supports trillions in reparations for
slavery, get Trump's endorsement? It's a great mystery. Maybe
someone like Epshteyn would have insights into how the process
works.
