Adam Mill for Chronicles on whether Amy Swonger recommends that
Donald Trump endorse Steve Daines to succeed Mitch McConnell at

    | There are clues in this bill. Most people understand that
    | legislation, particularly when a bill is long and complicated, is
    | drafted by lobbyists. That much seems obvious with this bill as we
    | watch both McConnell and bill sponsor, Sen. James Lankford (R-
    | Okla.), back away from it, showing neither understood its contents
    | before letting it go public. It, therefore, stands to reason that
    | the Senate had outside help from paid lobbyists who wanted the
    | status quo to continue indefinitely.

Does Casey DeSantis regret that Ron failed to find a donor among
the likes of Miriam Adelson, Robert Bigelow, Walter Buckley, Betsy
DeVos, Ken Griffin, Julia Koch, Bernie Marcus, Lachlan Murdoch,
Thomas Peterffy, Bruce Rauner, Chris Reyes, David Sacks and Steve
Wynn to fund advertisements on Murdoch's FoxNews.COM with the likes
of Mike Emmons warning legacy American proles in Iowa and New
Hampshire that Donald Trump will sign bipartisan comprehensive
immigration reform legislation passed by the likes of Mike Johnson
and Mitch McConnell so long as the Cheap Labor Lobby authors include
    the magic words: "merit-based"?

"That is the real story. It's not just that team Trump moved us
left, it's that they're actually as bad or worse than the regular
old GOP when it comes to capture by donors." - Pedro Gonzalez <URL:https://twitter.com/emeriticus/status/1648013937709817880>
