Since 1979, the U.S. and the U.N. have been imposing increasing
sanctions on Iran and then easing them somewhat a few years down the
line. Obviously the Iranian government is functioning just fine one
way or the other. Iraq for many years served as a buffer to Iranian aggression, until Adolph W. Bush invaded them for no good reason. Let
the Israelis handle them their way, but they should remain aware that
Iran is not Hamas or Lebanon.
It's all a bullshit scheme to force immigration on the USA, by giving
Iran and Iraq a means to get rid of those causing political problems
where killing or disappearance would have negative consequences.
