'Jim Clyburn Says Biden is One of the Greatest Presidents in American History'
<https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2025/01/dem-rep-jim-clyburn-says-biden-is-one/>
'Democratic Rep. Jim Clyburn believes Joe Biden will go down as one of
the greatest presidents in American history.
In an interview on MSNBC’s Chris Jansing Reports, the South Carolina congressman said that history will judge Biden kindly.
“Given everything that was in place when he took office, Covid the
economic challenges, do you think that this was in some ways
inevitable?” Jansing asked.
”And how do you think history will judge this presidency?”
Clyburn responded:
I think that he will go down as one of the greatest presidents we ever
had. I think the same thing about Jimmy Carter, who we just funeralized. Jimmy Carter left the presidency with very, very low ratings. Harry
Truman, the same thing.
People who do big things, people who break with the status quo. These
people do not get judged well in the currency.
But when history gets a chance to look back to read the things he said
and did, rather than to respond to the way he said them.”
I heard people this morning or last night talking about him not being a
great communicator.
Well, some people are good speakers, other people are great doers, and
some people just know how to write. And that is what it is all about.
We are judging people on substance when we look back on them, not on
style.
If you’re looking for style, Joe Biden is not your guy. On substance, he’s everybody’s person.
Watch the clip below:
While Clyburn’s argument that history will end up judging Joe Biden more kindly, the data does not look good for Joe Biden’s long-term legacy.
According to a Gallup poll conducted earlier this month, Americans
currently believe that Joe Biden is the second worst president in
history.
A majority of people—54 percent—believe Joe Biden will be remembered as
a “below average” (37 percent) or “poor” (17 percent) president.
In contrast, only 19 percent think he will be seen as “outstanding” (6 percent) or “above average” (13 percent).
A further 26 percent of respondents say he will be regarded as merely “average.'

I heard people this morning or last night talking about him not
being a great communicator.
Well, some people are good speakers, other people are great
doers, and some people just know how to write. And that is what
it is all about.
We are judging people on substance when we look back on them,
not on style.
If youre looking for style, Joe Biden is not your guy. On
substance, hes everybodys person.
Watch the clip below:
While Clyburns argument that history will end up judging
Joe Biden more kindly, the data does not look good for Joe
Bidens long-term legacy.
According to a Gallup poll conducted earlier this month,
Americans currently believe that Joe Biden is the second worst
president in history.
A majority of people54 percentbelieve Joe Biden
will be remembered as a “below average†(37
percent) or “poor†(17 percent) president.
In contrast, only 19 percent think he will be seen as
“outstanding†(6 percent) or “above
average†(13 percent).
A further 26 percent of respondents say he will be regarded as
merely “average.'
Well of course Clyburn is going to say that. Clyburn was
instrumental in getting Joe Biden elected in 2020.

Trump, for all his ignorance and stupidity, has a feral street sense

Even in his advanced dotage, that skill still serves him.
Yet you don't know which bathroom to use.

The reason Biden was pushed off the ticket comes down to one thing, and it's something over which no president has any control but they get the blame anyway.

Watch the clip below:
While Clyburnâ?s argument that history will end up judging
Joe Biden more kindly, the data does not look good for Joe
Bidenâ?s long-term legacy.
According to a Gallup poll conducted earlier this month,
Americans currently believe that Joe Biden is the second worst
president in history.
A majority of peopleâ?54 percentâ?believe Joe Biden will
be remembered as a âbelow averageâ? (37 percent) or
âpoorâ? (17 percent) president.
In contrast, only 19 percent think he will be seen as
âoutstandingâ? (6 percent) or âabove
averageâ? (13 percent).
A further 26 percent of respondents say he will be regarded as
merely âaverage.'
Well of course Clyburn is going to say that. Clyburn was
instrumental in getting Joe Biden elected in 2020.

Yea but only until the government quietly revises the numbers after the fact >>because they made a "boo boo".
There isn't a single number I believe that has been put out by the

Yea but only until the government quietly revises the numbers after
the fact because they made a "boo boo".
There isn't a single number I believe that has been put out by the
Biden administration.
It's the same in many places. Take NYC for example. The politicians
and police brass are claiming crime is down and that the illegal
migrants are not having any effect on crime. What they don't tell you
is many crimes are not reported and many are not charged or if charged
they get charged with a lessor level crime. Anyone living in NYC will
tell you that crime is soaring and it started with DeBlasio's soft on
crime policies along with the influx in migrants there.
And it's the same thing with the economy, job creation etc numbers.
