The National Pulse's Will Upton on whether Donald Trump will nominate NeverBackDown.ORG's Ken Cuccinelli to succeed Ur M Jaddou at
USCIS.GOV and how much does James Braid guestimate it will cost Trump
to convince John Thune to consent: <URL:

| According to the United States Citizenship and Immigration
| Services's (USCIS) FY 2023 report to Congress--currently the most
| recent public data--the number of H1-B's filed in the fiscal year
| was 386,318. These are the total number of visas approved by the
| federal government. The USCIS report indicates that about one-third
| of the visas issued in FY 2023 were new--indicating the statutory
| cap of 85,000 was exceeded, with potentially over 100,000 new H1-Bs
| being granted. Specific nonprofits and government contractors
| working in areas deemed critical to American interests can attain
| unlimited H1-Bs, which is how the newly issued visas in FY 2023
| exceeded the statutory cap.
Did Cuccinelli advise Casey and Ron DeSantis use the campaign
contributions of the likes of Miriam Adelson, Robert Bigelow, Walter
Buckley, Betsy DeVos, Ken Griffin, Julia Koch, Bernie Marcus, Lachlan
Murdoch, Thomas Peterffy, Bruce Rauner, Chris Reyes, David Sacks and
Steve Wynn to buy campaign advertisements on Murdoch's FoxNews.COM
with the likes of Mike Emmons impeaching Trump for failing to order
Chad Wolf's DHS.GOV to stop admitting the Cheap Labor Lobby's scab
workers?
