• MEDIA: To Get the 'Best and Brightest' H-1B Workers, the U.S. Must Refo

Morris Dees and $PLC certified deplorable, Elizabeth Jacobs on
whether NeverBackDown.ORG's Ken Cuccinelli and Steve Cortes advised
Casey DeSantis to dispatch Ron to David McIntosh's ClubForGrowth.ORG
to plead for permission to deploy the likes of Mike Emmons onto
Lachlan Murdoch's FoxNews.COM to impeach Donald Trump for slow-
walking the conversion of the Cheap Labor Lobby's H-1B quota lottery
to a wage ordered queue: <URL:https://cis.org/Jacobs/Get-Best-and-Brightest-H1B-Workers-US-Must-Reform-Program>
    | The quickest and easiest reform the incoming Trump administration
    | (or Congress, for that matter) can make is to reinstate the rule it
    | finalized on January 8, 2021, that requires USCIS to select the
    | highest-paid H-1B petitions in years where the demand of H-1B
    | workers exceeds the supply of visas. Currently, USCIS conducts a
    | random lottery, which not only allows the lowest-skilled workers to
    | crowd out the "best and brightest", but also gives no weight to
    | industries or occupations that have the greatest need for more
    | workers. This reform was also abandoned by the Biden administration
    | before it could go into effect.

Who will Trump nominate to succeed Kika Scott at USCIS.GOV and how
much does James Braid guestimate it will cost Trump to convince John
    Thune's Senate.GOV to consent?
