| since filed a WH-4 complaint with the U.S. Department of Labor's
| Wage and Hour Division but say legal aid has been difficult to
| access, claiming many attorneys are reluctant to take on corporate
| giants.

| options following termination. They are considering humanitarian
| pathways like a T visa, change of status, or a transfer to another
| employer - and are appealing to the public for help.
