• Donald Trump wants you to think he's constantly the victim.

Opinion: Maybe he's just a bad dude.

    Will Donald Trump get arrested?
Trump could soon become the first former president in U.S. history to face criminal charges?

The former president is under investigation for a $130,000 payment he made just before the 2016 election to silence Daniels about an earlier affair. He has denied wrongdoing, calling the investigation a politically motivated "witch hunt" and urging
his supporters to protest his treatment.

An indictment is not the same as an arrest; it's a formal charge of a crime, while an arrest is when a person is taken into custody. An arrest of Trump is not likely, multiple experts told USA TODAY.

Opinion: A Dead Trump is a problem solved.

I read, the grand jury is an investigating body and don't prosecute!

You are confusing jurisdictions/ I Georgia there are two types of
grand juries. "special grand juries? that only investigate and
gather evidence, and send the evidence and recommendations for
a regular grand jury to examine. The regular grand jury then
reviews the evidence and decides if indictments should be issued.
The special grand jury has wrapped up, and comments indicate
that Trump will almost certainly be indicted when the regular
grand jury looks at the evidence.

In New York, grand juries both investigate and indict.
Trump's call to riot indicates he is sure that the grand jury is
going to indict. The question really is on how many different charges.

In no state do grand juries prosecute. That is done
by prosecutors after an indictment has been issued.
