Description: Responsibilites:
As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be integral in the capsule production process. Specifically, you will work with robotic systems to print, fill, and package the capsules. You will be responsible for following standard procedures that describe how
to handle the product at all stages of the production process.

You will have the opportunity to work with a top-notch team with experience in both robotics and manufacturing as we scale up into a high volume production facility.
The manufacturing and robotics team works alongside the rest of our company, which is comprised of experts in the pharma tech and consumer technology. We move quickly, love challenges, and are extremely motivated to bring our capsule technology to the
market, improving the life of both customers and patients!

What you will do:
Run production for development of 3D printed capsules
Follow standard procedures to print, fill, and package capsules
Identify areas for improvement within the production process
Work with other manufacturing operators to complete production schedule safely and successfully

Professional skills:
Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, ideally in pharmaceuticals or semiconductors
5+ years of work experience in manufacturing or production environments
Extreme attention to detail and ability to follow detailed procedures

Social skills:
Safety mindset: we want people who are able to produce our capsules safely! Problem solving: we value people who can find ways to simplify a process or make someone's job easier
Startup mentality: you should be comfortable with uncertainty and have the ability to move quickly between different tasks
