Glad you agree that Biden set the precedence

    *precedent*, you idiot.

    when he forgave student
debt despite the SUPREME COURT telling him no fewer than three times

Twice. And it was because of the specifics of the forgiveness plans, not because
loan forgiveness was unconstitutional per se.

    that he could not.

    So there.

But you were against that then...

...so why are you OK with it now?

If the legal precedent has already been set what would be wrong with
Trump using that precedent? You guys had the chance to object when
Biden did it. Now it's a thing.

    I'm not asking about precedents.

I'm asking you about YOUR position.

My position is that Presidents should follow the law regardless of
    party.

Trump isn't. Courts are making him do so.

The court did *not* tell him he couldn't. The court told him the particular plan
was unconstitutional. So he came up with a new plan. Stop lying about "no fewer than three times."

    He disobeyed the court?

    No.

Dropping a proposal and then making a new one to avoid the court's
    objections is not disobedience.

Laughter. Making essentially the same order over and over again is a
defiance of the cort in spirit if not in letter.

It was *not* the same order.

And do you think that was wrong?

    It's a simple question.

    See the previous response.

    It was garbage.

How much of that was from the US Treasury?

    You just dodged the question.
No, he didn't. The U.S. didn't give one dime to Iran. They stopped blocking Iran
    from recovering their own money.
