So individualized though. I work with some folks who, from their
homes, are insanely productive, engaged, and available. You'd never
know where they are, and it doesn't matter. But I also "work" with
some folks who are 100% playing fast and loose, doing less work than
ever, phoning it in, and trying to claim 40 hours/week for what is
probably more like 15. It's infuriating - they wouldn't get away with
this kind of poor performance if the rest of the office could see them.
