Kari Lake is in deep defamation doo doo after Court of Appeals ruling

This time, it's the Arizona Court of Appeals, which on Wednesday
declined Lake's plea that she shouldn't be held accountable for what
comes out of her mouth.

Lake appealed to the court on Friday, asking the three-judge panel to
overrule a trial judge's refusal to throw out Maricopa County Stephen
Richer's defamation lawsuit against her.

It took only five days for the Court of Appeals to say no.

So, the case will go forward to trial.

Well, as much as I'd enjoy watching Kari Lake choke on a bag of dicks,
this appears to be just some petty in-party bickering.

The defamation lawsuit, filed in June by Maricopa County Recorder
Stephen Richer, accuses Lake and her affiliates of spreading false
information about Richer following the November 2022 election. He
alleges Lake knew, or should have known, the statements were false. Lake
and Richer are both Republicans.

But Lake says Richer, who is running for reelection, is seeking to
silence her and other election integrity critics. She has repeatedly
condemned his defamation suit against her.

Still, as a staunch pro-Trump "election was stolen" person, she deserves
to lose, and be held accountable for the shit that comes out of her

Defamation cases are real, and with a big payout if settled.

People sometimes watch others, and then imitate their behavior. In
this case, most likely higher ups in Republican Party.

Pollsters are in the director's seat, and there are politicians who
flip-flop on issues overtime. She was broadcasting that anti-vax,
etc., message, and I suspect, due to a pollster's findings.
