    I spent some time there in the early 90s and loved it. What I hear of it
    now doesn't sound very fun, frankly.

    Video appears to show a 1949 Plymouth Woody Wagon, so I would date it
    as early 1950s.

    Video shows lots of street walking...humans out and about. Along with trollies...one scene where by hand they turn around the trolley.

    I have no idea what this section of town is doing these days. I
    suspect the video was colorized...good details shown, which might
    suggest it was taken in B&W...but color film was available around WWII
    for sure....but I don't know if color film was fast enough.

    In many US cities:

    1960 - Downtown businesses were thriving...Saturday day/night was
    their biggest business day for many.

    By 1980, shopping malls eliminated many downtown businesses
