Which state in the US has the least amount of storms, floods, tornados and earthquakes? Would it be the north east or north west? Or possibly arizona/nevada?

    Dollar
Trees brought Family Dollar a while back.

Dollar Tree are possible associated with charities that helps illegal
    evictions in Israel.

I feel bad for employees but not for the owners of these companies.

    That question is too broad

    SEE: https://www.iii.org/article/us-earthquake-history

Towns - In US's settlement days, too many towns were setup by a river,
and homes/businesses built adjacent to a river. So flooding would be expected.

Tornados are associated with rain events, so those US areas with
higher rainfall amounts tend to have the most of them.

Northwestern states tend to have fewer tornados....

Two years ago today, the Andover, Kansas EF3 #tornado with clearly
visible dynamic pipe drilling closer to the ground and exciting
damaging jet like vortices with mostly wind in the vertical. Storm
chasers streaming live prompted fire fighters to sound the tornado
    sirens

True. If I rephrase it, where would you choose to live in the US if you
    had a free choice?

Different variables involved to answer that question.

    Married...with children...employment...retired...my age, working at
    home, etc.

My idea location would be about ten miles from a city, out in the
country side. Many locations are possible...

West of the Mississippi river in places like Colorado, Wyoming, Utah,
    New Mexico, Arizona, Idaho, Montana.

Where there are Dark Sky Places, or near to.

around with guns which is a hueg plus in my book! =)

    Location, location, & location...nice places here/there within
    Montana.

It tends to move at a slower pace, and those coming from larger cities
either go thru an "adjustment" or leave.

Just like living on Moloka'i, an Island in the Pacific Ocean. Very
slow pace, but if a person has some toys, so much the better. For
most, it's better to spend a week or two there, and leave.

Sounds like a dream! After corona I came to the conclusion that I do not
like people, so the fewer people the better. =) Sadly my wife did not
reach the same conclusion, and I doubt the opera and restaurant scene in Montana will reach her standards. ;)
