Then he wanted the Russians to send up a rocket, but the cost was too
much, so with that fistful of dollars, he got into the rocket
business, which again serendipity changed his course of action.

Yes he has ideas, but strategic thinking was not involved in his
successes. He just happened to be at the right place, at the right
time for starting these businesses, which are created by others.

He's a computer programmer, not a rocket scientist, or a vehicle
craftsman. Others have made it so....as can be seen, his "skills" at
    X (Twitter) are failing.

I'm sure that you have to be one in order to become a billionaire.
My theory is that self-made, or semi-selfmade (who started as
millionaires) billinaires are generally not nice people. They might seem
like nice people, but if you scratch a bit on the surface you will
    discover that they are not.

This is of course just speculation, since I never met any billionaires. I
have met people who were in the 100s of millions and there I'd have to say
that they are definitely not "normal" people and that there are certain tendencies who could be called controlled freakish or weird or psycho
depending on how you would phrase it.

Regardless of how he did it, the fact remained that he did. That is worthy
of admiration. I prefer Musk as president over Trump. But Trump will do in
    a pinch.

His hired hands did it....the real fact.

He didn't invent the steering assembly, but his team found away to use
a similar mechanism used in other vehicles.

His teams made progress, and this allowed a windfall for Musky.

The Good, the bad, and the ugly sums them up.

When Musk worked as a programmer, his co-workers did not see him as
    the good.

He hired the hands and had the funds to do it. I think anyone who
complains, should first say what he did to compare, and then we'll see who benefited the world most. ;)

And he is not that beautiful, so I think we have our answer. ;)
