    On another note, many of those loud mouths who show up on forums and
    Usenet banging this/that topic are most likely high school 'graduates'
    who could not obtain a degree, at any point in their adulthood.

    I would say Biden's reasoning is on a much higher plane when compared
    to these fruitcakes flexing their stupidity.
