• A heat wave not seen in decades

A heat wave not seen in decades will send temperatures soaring for
more than half the US population

A long-lasting and expansive heat wave fueled by an intense heat dome
will grip the Midwest and Northeast with record-breaking high
temperatures into next week, ushering in the start of summer with this
year's most significant heat event yet.

Hundreds of records could be tied or broken this week as a massive
heat dome parks over part of the East. Multiple all-time June high
temperature records could fall as the heat rises to levels normally
seen only on the hottest July days. Parts of the Midwest to the
Northeast could endure the longest heat wave they've seen in decades,
the National Weather Service's Weather Prediction Center said.

    It
    is called climate change.

Yes it has been tracked historically the Earth has experienced this
change as well the change of the polar sites ( North and South at one
time were West and East. ) Earthquakes shifted the Earths Axis, and so
    forth.

But again with the amount of morons who keep using guzzlers instead of
an Bicycle. What do you expect. I understand winter time but
otherwise. Nope. Then of course are emissions from vehicles like
airplanes, and lets not forget mindless war.

It is so hot. auwwwh poor babies..I think about house-cats, and
stray-dogs, outside not being cared for, along with baby
birds falling from there nests, These are the things that need
attention. Other day I see this house-cat, it has a cut up
ears, and ask myself "should I take it in" but then I see it
retreats to a local house, where it parks it's furry self on the
hot pavement and curl-up to sleep. Cats and dogs do not sweat. The fur
makes it cool I guess, meanwhile I have tons
of space and I am all alone.
