If we got rid of HR department and just had employer do the hiring how
    much money would we save?

Looking for work I discover a lot of HR people. Many of them have
bachelors that allows them to do this work.
Many of them are robotic. They want you to get a job, based on your
resume. For many of us we do not have
anything at all, because we spent our time trying not to fail in
college. I find it shocking and stupid, when
your looking for work and all you get are HR-people that says
"Your resume does not qualify you". I get it,
but the reality is that many jobs ( from your college department ) out
    right demands you gain experience
via interning. What is problematic is when you do intern and the
people your interning for do not want to pay
you and do not even give you any real thing to do at all. Further more
    nobody even challenges you.

Some employers I ran into ( still terrible ) just would rather do the
hiring themselves. Which I found to be literally no different then HR,
outside of discrimination. Meaning you have the qualifications, but
the employer is a short, coward, who thinks bs.

HR people, just spend all day filtering people in and out of
positions. Positions that nobody wants, or actually is for an educated
person. When an educated person do come along, they outright
disrespects them. I find that HR ( especially in non-for-profits like Education, and Medical are useless ).

I have gotten work faster by finding whatever department and
requesting for a job form, or where I could drop off my resume. It is
not painstaking they want your private information or even former
employers ( in which people abuse these contacts ), but the fact that
HR fails when actually getting good people at all. Just making a phone
    call is faster.

There is no mind in these people heads............................................................................................

I have been told, I am not dressed professionally, because I do not
shave my hair off. People want me to be anywhere
near anything where I get to use my mind or would put me into a higher position.

It is almost impossible to get a simple job, when you walk into any
worksite and have to deal with staff that does not want anything to do
with you. Or any staff that hates or hurts you, or has something
    against you.

    .......

We can save tons of money by removing HR people entirely and have them
walk around looking for work for a change.
It is stupid, horrific, and disrespectful
