    Looks like it will be the worst when it stalls and dumps feet of rain in Georgia and South Carolina.

    The worst part is home/commerical insurance rates go thru the roof.

    I live in the Great Plains area, and recently someone moved from
    Georgia to live here. He was ticked off with high home insurance
    rates.
