• Elon Musk's Commission

Trump Bombs His Big Speech Debuting Elon Musk's Commission
    ...
    ...
    ...
If you listened, though, there was some news here. Musk -- who did a
glitchy, podcast-style interview with Trump where he bragged about
firing employees -- has apparently agreed to head a commission that
would root out what Trump calls government fraud and abuse. Government
waste, particularly in the form of fraudulent spending, is in fact a
major problem in the budget, with the Government Accountability Office estimating that it reaches more than $500 billion a year. (Trump's
plan is similar to the GAO's Biden-era approach for rooting it out.)
The Musk-led commission, if it ever happens, would supposedly save
"trillions" of dollars over an unspecified period

Elon is off the charts....watch out for those Alpha Males, they may
    have grandiose ideas.

    He's not Alpha, he's a Douchenozzle.

I look forward to the committee on wastefulness being headed by a dude
who bought a website valued at billions and promptly (within a year)
caused it to be worth a quarter of its previous value. Loser.

That's not a got way to measure. Many times have I invested, only to see
the investment lose value for a year or some years, only to be sold at a handsome profit in the end.

Elon may be many things, be he is not stupid. Usually the people who think
so are just annoyed because of a difference of opinion.

The man is a billionaire, and that doesn't happen randomly.

    is not stupid.

Sorting out intuitive ideas (chaff from the wheat) can be accomplished
by many, but serendipity does happen randomly.

When a person has a fistful of dollars, with a potential good idea,
they can buy the talent to make it so. This does not make a person a
genius, but one who employs others to make it so.

Do recall, he wanted the Russians to send up a rocket, until he saw
    the price tag. ....etc.

I'm done with you. If you are looking to start a decent argument,
you've got to do better than poorly typed out, 4 word responses.

Ahh, yes, I recognize his name from my killfile. Put him there on one of
my killfile harvesting runs. I find alt.atheism a great source for
proactively killfile people. Just go there, collect all emails from people
who excessively use certain naughty words, and the quality of messages
    will instantly improve enormously.

I also automatically remove all message sent to more than 3 groups. But I should probably adjust it down to 2 or even 1 for an even cleaner
    experience.
