Elon Musk's X Backs Down in Brazil

In an abrupt reversal, the social network's lawyers said it was
complying with court orders that it had previously defied. Brazil's
Supreme Court could allow the site to return next week.

Brazil's Supreme Court blocked X last month because its owner, Elon
Musk, refused to comply with court orders.

Oh well, at least he crushed the swedish unions. That's always something!
=) In case of brazil, we'll help them with numerous open source tools, to circumwent the authoritarian, socialist regime that has implanted itself
there, so they can talk freely without fear of being arrested! =)

Brazil's right-wing movement persists without Bolsonaro

Brazil's defeated former president, Jair Bolsonaro, was in Florida
this month when his supporters tried -- but failed -- to overthrow the country's young democracy. It was a sign that many in Latin America's
largest nation believe so fiercely in his movement that it can persist
    without its namesake.

Although Bolsonarismo appears disoriented at the moment, the broader
trend will endure. That's according to academics who study the
movement and participants in the trend themselves, from the far-right
radicals who stormed the capital to more ordinary Brazilian social conservatives. Many feel that leftist Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva was
such a threat to their country that his victory required the military
to prevent him from taking office.

The moment showed how, in the years long power struggle between tech
giants and nation-states, governments have been able to keep the upper

    Resistance Is Futile
Apparently, the phrase "resistance is futile" appeared the first time
on TV in a 1967 "Doctor Who" episode called "Tomb of the Cybermen".
