Oh, get over yourself, author. That's nonsense.

Over 200,000 subscribers flee 'Washington Post' after Bezos blocks
    Harris endorsement

    Fuck those idiots.

I'm of the opinion no paper should endorse any candidate under any circumstances. Print the facts, and stop telling me who to vote for.

Wapo has been a garbage rag for years. Those 200,000 are saving some
money by not paying for a garbage news source. Course, none of the rest
of em are much good either. NYT has turned into a cesspool too.

This is the truth! I am also tired of newspapers treating their readers
    like small children, lecturing them.

I want the facts, and then I'll draw my own conclusions. I don't think any newspaper like that exists any longer. =(

Maybe the wallstreet journal is the best?

Things will rebalance. They will also gain subscriptions, if they maintain
    the course.

    More R non-sense.

In earnest editorial opinions implies they have done the research on a
    given topic.

Typical worker has employment and other activities of daily living,
which means little time to read the news.

In analgous terms, consider Consumer Reports, which evaluates
vehicles, appliances, etc. Is CR "treating their readers like small
    children, lecturing them?"

Your bullshit is very deep, btw.

    Incorrect! This is scientific fact!

In earnest editorial opinions implies they have done the research on a
    given topic.

Incorrect. It means they represent the policy decisions made by the owners
of the newspaper. Only children think it has anything to do with research.

Typical worker has employment and other activities of daily living,
which means little time to read the news.

Incorrect. Typically we work 8 hours per day (leave or take a few hours)
and we have 30-60 minute lunch breaks. Note that the the total nr of
available hours is 24. That leave at least 5-8 hours, if not more, in
    which to educate ourselves.

In analgous terms, consider Consumer Reports, which evaluates
vehicles, appliances, etc. Is CR "treating their readers like small children, lecturing them?"

Newspapers are not consumer reports, this analogy does not hold.

Your bullshit is very deep, btw.

    Thank you, likewise. ;)
