The ruble will soon finally sink to the bottom
This is what the Financial University under the Government of the
Russian Federation calculated. In November, the dollar will soar to 99
rubles, and under an optimistic scenario, predicts Associate Professor
Petr Shcherbachenko. Under a pessimistic scenario, the ruble could
weaken to 105 rubles per dollar.
And yet, this is only the beginning. The first bottom, so to speak.
There will be others after it.
