    Range Rover's first EV now has 57,000 buyers on the waitlist

    The company promises that the Range Rover Electric will be "the most
    capable luxury SUV" on the market. In November, we got our first look
    at the new model undisguised during extreme weather testing. JLR is
    putting it through "the most intensive testing any Range Rover vehicle
    has ever endured" ahead of its arrival.

    According to Range Rover's executive director of product engineering,
    Thomas Muller, the EV is already outperforming its iconic gas-powered
    models.
