Separately, Tesla saw major declines following a report that its
China-made EV fell to their lowest level since August 2022. The stock
is down some 30% year to date.

China's OEMs are ramping up their sales, and most likely, Tesla will
never have a limelight there again.
So, if US/Canada/Europe sales keep on decreasing, Tesla appears to be
headed for bankruptcy. With newer plant/equipment, I would expect
this was done on loaned monies, so those who loaned will expect
payments.
