    He has consistently backed off on his tariff threats, granting reprieves of various lengths. He's quite transparent.

    He is just trolling. He knows that if china wanted to, they could shut
    down the US IT sector completely. US is dependent on china, china is in no
    way dependent on the US.

    Imagine Trumps fear if EU, China, India, Africa and South america started
    free trading. That is what keeps him up at night.
