    SCOTUS orders the government not to remove from the country, for the
    time being, any of the individuals slated for possible deportation to
    El Salvador. The vote is apparently 7-2, with Justices Thomas and
    Alito in dissent

    I'm not aware of news bytes explaining/discussing Solzhenitsyn's
    observations.

    SCOTUS seems to be lightly aware, but have not yet slammed down the
    fairness perspective. They may not have read his book, or even be
    aware of this topic.
