European leaders issue ceasefire ultimatum to Putin or face 'massive'
sanctions & weapons transfers to Ukraine.

Putin has less than 36 hours to respond.

Zelenskyy says Kyiv will talk to Moscow only after Putin accepts
    ceasefire
    ==================

I suspect Putin wants to have his cake, so he is not wanting to make
    an agreement respecting Ukraine.

Bombing where civilians live is not a military target, which he has
violated many times. Europe/US should have poured on the military
support in earlier days, and dealt with the annexation of Crimea.

Give someone an inch and they'll take a mile...which Russia does.

I've been away, did Putin agreed and withdraw from Ukraine?

So have "Massive" extra sanctions brought Russia to it's knees? Maybe not
yet. Trump is so in Putin's pocket.

Yeah, the front left one, right next to the nutsack.

Putin has shown Russia to be astoundingly resilient to "massive"
    sanctions.

Also, I applaud Europe finally turning more aggressive, but the threats
and deadlines don't come across convincingly yet, after decades of
Brussels blather and European inaction. Still, a step in the right
direction! This might have worked had Trump&Co not turned Turncoat.
