Ghislaine Maxwell files Supreme Court brief appealing Epstein
    conviction

Ghislaine Maxwell pressed ahead with an appeal to the Supreme Court on
Monday, seeking to overturn her conviction on the grounds that she was unlawfully prosecuted for sex trafficking minors with Jeffrey Epstein.
    ...
    ...
Zoom in: Maxwell's appeal revolves around a highly controversial 2007
plea agreement Epstein negotiated with the U.S. Attorney's Office in
    the Southern District of Florida.

"The United States," the plea agreement stated, "agrees that it
will not institute any criminal charges against any potential
co-conspirators of Epstein, including but not limited to" four other
    suspects.
Maxwell was not listed as one of those suspects -- but her lawyers
argue she didn't need to be.

If you pause to consider, it *is* pretty outrageous that in an island
full of pedophiles, the only one in jail is Ms. Maxwell. That's not to
say she's innocent - she very clearly helped groom and procure young
women for Epstein - but WTF. Is it possible the co-conspirators
include any presidential hopefuls eager to preemptively obtain
    shielding?

She was a Kingpin essential to his operation.

    Is it possible the co-conspirators....

Unknown about their roles, and if they cooperated.

Making an example (Maxwell) while others go free is not uncommon.

For example, during the 'war on drugs' days, many users and small
dealers were arrested but set free if a bigger fish could be caught.

I have no idea which court of law deals with this issue. SCOTUS only?
