The issue is still there after v16.4.1 update and its required reboot. Interesting part is before it when I was doing back ups with in my computers. Even its storage isn't correct. It think my iPhone only uses about 10 GB out of 238 (not 256) GB. :/

Weird. It's only a tiny 159 KB MOV video file. It works for me.
